Prototyping, Patents, & Animations

Once you learn the legal verbiage and formatting, the strength of the Patent is in the "Alternate Uses" & the "Alternate Embodiments." If these are not known fully then you are at great risk. It takes a highly mechanically inclined mind to call all these out. At a minimum you will want me to list all these things and make myself available for collaboration.

Of course I always provide a proposal for the required Patent Drawings even if I am not hired to write it.

Prototyping is usually done in-house due to the capabilities of my shop; however, when I find myself without the personal means, I partner with ProtoLabs, the best in the industry.

As you probably already know: There is not a more efficient and thorough way to present your invention then via an animation. Get your Non-Disclosure Agreement signed and send it off; also, online conferences and in-person meetings go so much easier with a 2-3 minute video. Take a look for yourself:
